This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of the First Information Report in Crime No.1131 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.
