2. Heard Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed; the charge sheet has also been filed and the case has been taken on file before the Land Grabbing Court - II, Allikulam, Chennai.
