ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Avinashi, to expedite the trial in I.A.No.684 of 2024 in O.S.No.264 of 2024 with a stipulated time frame.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 12.08.2025, the learned Subordinate Judge, Avinashi has forwarded a report to the Registry of this Court vide D.No.928/2025, dated 20.08.2025 and sought for a months time to dispose of I.A.No.684 of 2024 in O.S.No.264 of 2024.

3. Recording the said request of the learned Subordinate Judge, Avinashi, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Avinashi to pass final order in I.A.NO.684 of 2024 in O.S.No.264 of 2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording a fair opportunity to both the parties. 29-08-2025 Jai Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes To The Sub Court, Avinashi.
