The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to revoke the Look Out Notice stated to have been issued against the petitioner herein.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that no such notice is issued by the respondents 1 and 2 against the petitioner herein and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission so made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
