Thereafter, on 23.07.2024, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the appellant as well as the respondent. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal on 24.07.2024. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant either in person or through counsel, which shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.
