[CR.NO.RC 3/(S)/95] 2 TAMILNADU TRIBALS ASSOCIATION REP.BY ITS PRESIDENT, P.SHANMUGAM Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to [i] relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2012 in Crl.A.No.671 of 2011 on the file of the Honble High Court dated 03.07.2013.[IN CRL.MP.NO.2515 OF 2017] [ii] relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.671 of 2011 on the file of the Honble High Court dated 19.12.2014.[IN CRL.MP.NO.2516 OF 2017] [iii]relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3 of 2012 in Crl.A.No.671 of 2011 on the file of the Honble High Court dated 03.07.2013.[IN CRL.MP.NO.2517 OF 2017]

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAJAMOHAN, Advocate [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners/appellants.

2. It is stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions that the petitioners have been appearing regularly before the Principal Sessions Judge, Special Court for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Act, 1989, Dharmapuri, on the first working day of every month and complied with the conditions regularly.

3. Heard Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent-State on the above submissions.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the petitions, these petitions are allowed and the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.Nos.2 of 2012, 2 of 2014 and 3 of 2012 in Crl.A.No.671 of 2011 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the said court on the first working day once in three months at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

5. Petitions are ordered accordingly.
