O R D E R

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed by the tenant challenging the orders of eviction passed against him. As instructed by this Court, an affidavit of undertaking has been filed, stating that they will vacate the petition premise on or before 31.10.2019. The affidavit of undertaking is taken on file. The learned counsel for the respondent/landlord expressed an apprehension that the revision petitioner has a history of entering tenancy and destroying articles that are available in the tenancy premises. It is made clear that the tenant shall enter into the property and shall keep the articles in the demised premises intact. The landlord would submit that the revision petitioner is in arrears of rent for a sum of Rs.59,00,000/-. It is open to the landlord to workout his remedies for recovering the said amount. In the event of there being in complaint about damage to the property or if the revision petitioner does not continue to pay that rents, then execution petition can immediately be instituted by the landlord. The affidavit of undertaking is taken on file.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
