O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court on 08.01.2020, in Crl.M.P.No.179 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.31450 of 2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31450 of 2020 on 08.01.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the condition and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31450 of 2020 on 08.01.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of Every Month until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
