The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The respondent / husband filed H.M.O.P.No.3467 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai seeking divorce. Now, the petitioner / wife seeks transfer of the said OP from the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of Family Court at Chengalpattu.

2. The petitioner / wife resides at Guduvancherry, which is in between Chennai and Chengalpattu. Hence, the transfer petition filed by the petitioner / wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.3467 of 2015 which is pending on the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu is not acceptable to this Court.
