ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner forbearing the respondents

1 to 4 herein, from granting final approval for the layout plan submitted by the Rr2, 4, 207/3B1, 3C, 209/3A2, 3B, 210/2B, 3A, 3B, 3C, 211/1A, 1B and 211/2 situated at Thorapalli Agraharam, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
