This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 01.07.2021 in W.P.No.12376 of 2021.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.L.P.Maurya, learned counsel for the 1st Respondent as well as Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd Respondent submitted that 2/4

the encroachment has been removed and photographs to that effect were also produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel a appearing for the 1st Respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd Respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
