Crl.M.P.No.7338 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.7660 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7660 of 2024 dated 15.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30a.m for a period of Six (6) months.
