2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that H.M.O.P.No.53 of 2015 filed by the respondent before the Subordinate Court, Panruti, has been withdrawn. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Tr.C.M.P.No.778 of 2015 filed by the petitioner.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
