Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents to issue the permanent degree certificate towards proof of bachelor degree in law.

O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondents to issue permanent degree certificate to the petitioner in Bachelor Degree in Law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, after notice, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent College and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondent University has already sent the certificate to the college and therefore, it is for the petitioner to approach the College and seek for the said certificate.

3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsels for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the 3rd respondent College and on his request, the 3rd respondent college is directed take appropriate action to issue the said certificate. No costs.
