ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner (husband) and learned counsel for the respondent (wife).
2. The petitioner (husband) in H.M.O.P.No.970 of 2023 has filed this Transfer CMP to order to withdraw and transfer the aforestated HMOP from the file of Sub Court, Ambattur to the file of II Additional Family Court at Chennai, where M.C.No.685 of 2023, which is filed by the respondent (wife) is pending for disposal.
3.Mr.V.Rangarajan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent / wife does not have any objection in ordering the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
4.Considering the fact that in the transferee Court Maintenance Case filed by the respondent / wife is pending, this Court is inclined to order this Petition, for the sake of convenience of the parties to appear before one Court to pursue the matter.
5.This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly. Sequel to this, H.M.O.P.No.970 of 2023 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ambattur, Tiruvallur District is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the II Additional Family Court at Chennai. The II Additional Family Court, Chennai on receipt of the records to try and dispose of the matter in accordance with law at the earliest. No Costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
