Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to impugned order issued by the 1st respondent Ombudsman in Ref:CHN-L-029-1516-0478 dated 06.01.2016 and quash the same and further direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's claim in respect of the Six Single Premium Policies (Policy Nos.766338578, 766653170, 766665802, 766671195,

767087355, 767098329) and disburse forthwith the balance amount of the sum assured i.e. Rs.50,28,949/-.
