This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry in Cr.No.10 of 2023 and to file a final report.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that investigation is progressing and audit report is awaited. He further submits that investigation will be completed within a period of three months. By that time, final report will be filed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from today. 11.06.2024 Vv 2/4
