O R D E R

The petitioner/wife, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.1097 of 2008 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore, has come forward with this transfer petition to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Tiruppur. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife. 3.Learned counsel for the respondent/husband submitted that he has no objection to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.1097 of 2008 as sought for by the petitioner.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent, I am inclined to order transfer. Accordingly, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.1097 of 2008 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Tiruppur, for disposal in accordance with law. Court, Coimbatore, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.1097 of 2008 to the file of the Sub Court, Tiruppur, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Tiruppur is directed to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.1097 of 2008 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
