ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the father of the detenu, seeks his production before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an FIR has been registered for man missing. The investigation thus far would reveal that the detenu left the parental home since he did not like the bride. He is also aged about 27 years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. From the submissions made, we do not find any illegal detention involved on a prima facie consideration. A case has also been registered in Cr.No.701 of 2019.

5. In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed with a further direction that the second respondent shall proceed with the investigation. As and when the detenu is secured, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
