ORDER
This contempt petition arises out of the interim orders dated 29.06.2020 and 03.08.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8592 of 2020 and W.M.P.No.10384 of 2020.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that by order dated 03.09.2020, the main writ petition itself was allowed by setting aside the order passed by the 4th respondent and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the contempt petition stands closed.
