The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to rectify the error crept in UDR records by including the missing pathway as a separate subdivision.

2. Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of respondents.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner made a representation/complaint dated 04.04.2019 before the 1st respondent for taking necessary action to include the missing pathway in UDR records pertaining to his properties. Since, no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4. Though very many grounds have been raised, however, at the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 04.04.2019 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same.

5. On the above contention, this Court heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

6. In view of the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2019 and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
