ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to change all Revenue Records viz., Patta, Chitta, Adangal etc., in favour of petitioners in respect of land in S.No.102/1A1, New Survey No.552/2, of an extent of 0.0450.0 sq.mt. at Jalakandapuram, Mettur Taluk by considering the petitioners' representation dated 09.09.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners have made a representation dated 09.09.2016 before the third respondent, seeking to change the Revenue Records viz., Patta and Chitta in favour of the petitioners to the aforesaid property, pursuant to 2/5

which, Patta has been granted in favour of the petitioners.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
