O R D E R

The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The petitioner / husband filed OP.No.3411 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, seeking divorce.

2.According to the revision petitioner, the respondent /wife preferred a Maintenance Case in MC No.151 of 2015 on the file of the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai. 3.Hence, the revision petitioner filed the present petition seeking transfer of OP No.3411 of 2013 from the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai so as to try it along with MC No.151 of 2015.

4.In view of the prayer sought for herein, I am of the view that no notice is necessary to the respondent. 5.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that trial has not commenced in both the cases.

6.In these circumstances, I am inclined to transfer the petition in O.P.No.3411 of 2013 from the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai for disposal as per law.

7.Accordingly, the transfer CMP is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
