This petition has been filed by the petitioner to implead himself as proposed respondent No.10 in S.A.No.1011 of 1999 on the premise that he is the subsequent purchaser.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the matter after two weeks.
