This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his property based on his complaint dated 21.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent a representation dated 21.07.2016 by post.

Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in-person and give a representation to the 3rd respondent and on such representation being given, the 3rd respondent is directed to call both the parties for enquiry and take action in accordance with law, by giving Police protection if necessary and there is merit in the petitioner's request.
