..Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to monitor and enquire about the amalgamation of various companies by the 8th respondent in respect of the companies mentioned herein, till then not permitting the 8th respondent to amalgamate with the 9th respondent or any other company consequently to initiate necessary action against the 8th respondent under the companies Act and Labour Act by closing various factories of reputed companies in the guise of amalgamation.
