ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 460, 294(b) of IPC / under Section 331(7), 296 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.Unknown of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that crime number has been assigned.
3. In veiw of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition incorporating the crime number.
