This petition is filed to condone the delay of 605 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Though the 1st respondent entered appearance through counsel and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him either in person or through counsel.

3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 605 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 600 001. [Cell No.9840068800/ 9840068889], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
