When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff submitted that the petitioner died on 27.10.2019 and that the same was informed to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 1/4
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that immediately after he received the information, a communication was sent to the lower Court counsel seeking for details in order to file a petition to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Even though, this letter was received, till date there is no communication from the side of the petitioner. The communication that was sent by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner was also placed before this Court.
