ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 19.12.2012 passed in WP.No.32605 of 2012 has been violated by the respondents, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ first respondent submitted that the order of this Court

dated 19.12.2012 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Tha2/8092/2012 dated 25.09.2013 to that effect.
