ORDER
The Petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition, to punish the Respondents for disobeying the Order dated 26.10.2021 of this Court in W.P.No.22832 of 2021.
2. Learned Government Advocate for the Respondents has produced a copy of the Letter dated 03.03.2025 bearing Ref.Na.Ka.No.4676/Aa1/2021 issued by the District Educational Officer (Secondary Grade), Kanchipuram District, the 2nd Respondent enclosing a copy of the acknowledgment dated 26.02.2025 issued by the Petitioner wherein the Petitioner has acknowledged that he received the arrears of salary of Rs.29,53,108/-, along with the bank statement of the Petitioner. 2/4
3. That apart, the learned Government Advocate for the Respondents has also enclosed a copy of the communication dated 12.03.2025 bearing Na.Ka.No.25/2025 of the School wherein, it has been stated that the annual increment of the Petitioner will also be paid in due course.
4. In case the annual increment was not paid to the petitioner by the School, the 4th Respondent in the Writ Petition, it is open for the Petitioner to move appropriate application for reviving this Contempt Petition.
5. This Contempt Petition stands closed with the above liberty. 17.03.2025 arb 3/4
