Captioned 'Criminal Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'Crl MP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of certified copy of judgment dated 24.02.2023 in S.C.No.263 of 2016 on the file of Additional District and Sessions Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

4. Mr.V.Parthiban, learned counsel on record for the petitioner is before us.

5. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the fact that a photocopy of the aforementioned order has been filed, the reason given i.e., copy of the judgment served by the trial Court contains the seal of the Court and hence, the petitioner has not applied for certified copy of the judgment, is accepted. Sequitur is, the captioned Crl MP is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
