This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the wife of the convict, to direct the respondents to grant 30 days ordinary leave by considering the representation dated 14.08.2020 to the petitioner's husband Venkatachalapathy @ Venkatrajalapathy S/o Kuzhandhaiyappan, Convict Prisoner, Convict No.3095 now confined in Central Prison, Vellore.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the above habeas corpus petition and has also made endorsement to that effect.

3.Accordingly, permission is granted and the habeas corpus petition is dismissed and withdrawn.
