Arb.Appln.No.236 of 2024 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., The Arbitration Application has been filed with a prayer to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle to the Applicant, and by order dated 29.04.2024, Advocate Commissioner has been appointed by this Court.
2. Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant
3. Ms.V.Kaviya Priya the learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed a report dated 27.06.2024 regarding seizure of vehicle along with the said report, she has also filed a memo, dated 27.06.2024 for additional remuneration.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has no objection for payment of additional remuneration of Rs.25,000/- 5.
The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Considering the fact that the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant and a report to such effect has also been filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner, this Application is closed. However, taking into consideration of the arduous efforts taken by the Advocate Commissioner towards execution of the warrant, this Court is inclined to grant additional Krishnan Ramasamy, J.

remuneration. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the applicant to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks i.e. on or before 15.07.2024.
