ORDER
This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 27.08.2015.
2.The petitioner lodged a complaint as against Rajendran, Jeyanthi, Nataraji, Gajendran and Lakshmi stating that the accused persons prevented the petitioner from burying the body of his wife in the grave yard. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 27.08.2015. Though the complaint has been assigned C.S.R.No.153 of 2015, till date no action has been taken. Hence, this petition.
3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court is of the opinion that it is appropriate to direct the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 27.08.2015 given by the petitioner and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
