.. Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order made in Crl.O.P.No.30177 of 2018 dated 21.12.2018.

ORDER

The respondent police are present and a counter affidavit has been filed in this case.

2.It will be relevant to extract paragraph Nos.11 and 12 of the counter affidavit:

"11.I submit that based on the above said order of this Hon'ble High Court, Tr.R.Ravichandra, Sub

Inspector of Police, Valathy P.S. called upon both side parties for enquiry. On 16.7.2019, counter petitioners namely Tr.Janakiraman, Tr.Arumugam, Tr.Senthil Perumal and Tr.Kannan submitted their written submission that they will not interfere with the petitioner's agriculture work in his land and the same was acknowledged by the petitioner in written. 12.I submit that based on the order of this Hon'ble High Court, necessary police protection provided by the respondent police and in future if necessary for protection we will give the same to the petitioner."

3.It is clear from the above that the respondent police have complied with the order of this Court.

4.Recording the said fact, this Contempt Petition is closed. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) vs //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2019.
