Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to treat the disability of the Petitioner (Congenital Soliosis with Meningocle) as equal to other Locomotor disability of Limbs and consequently permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling for the B.V.Sc & A.H.admission for the year 2015-16 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 7.8.2015.
