ORDER
This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to register FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.10.2014 as against one Daniel Rohit.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the said Daniel Rohit/ counter petitioner is an employee of the company in which the petitioner is working and during the course of employment, he has mis-appropriated a sum of Rs.1,50,000/-. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 08.10.2014. Though the complaint has been assigned C.S.R.No.211 of 2014, no action has been taken so far. Hence, this petition.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
4. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court is of the opinion that it is appropriate to direct the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 08.10.2014 given by the petitioner and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
commission of any cognizable offence, is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Pri Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-II) /True Copy/ Sub-Assistant Registrar To
