O R D E R

Mrs.Mythraye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 and is armed with requisite instructions to enable final disposal of this matter even at the stage of admission. In light of the nature of order that is proposed to be passed now, no notice is thought necessary at this juncture to the private respondent arrayed as R2.

2.The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing R1 to dispose of her representation dated 30.06.2022 seeking to survey and measure the land in Survey No.42, New Patta No.195, Kancheepuram District, Sriperumbathur, Karasangal Village.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader admits the position that the representation is pending with R1 and would assure the Court that the same will be disposed.

4.Seeing as the representation is pending since June 2022 and in light of there being no objection expressed by the learned Special Government Pleader, mandamus is issued to R1 to do the needful in terms of the prayer within a

period of eight (8) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, the petitioner shall be issued notice prior to inspection for the purposes of survey and measurement and heard, along with R2. 5.This writ petition is disposed. No costs.
