The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that instead of filing Civil Revision Petition, challenging the impugned order passed in Tr.O.P.No.172 of 2013, he has filed the Present Transfer C.M.P., under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure and hence, he prays for withdrawal of this Transfer C.M.P., with liberty to file Civil Revision Petition challenging the impugned order dated 12.12.2014 passed in Tr.O.P.No.172 of 2013. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the above submission, this Tr.C.M.P., is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P., is closed.
