ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent Police to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.09.2015 and to investigate into the matter in accordance with law and to file a final report before the competent court of law. 2.The petitioner herein is working as Customer Assistant handling cash of the branch. The office hours at the Bank is 10.15 a.m., to 5.15 p.m. He has lodged complaint as against one Rajashankar, Cash Officer and Murugesan, Chief Manager stating that on 18.09.2015 Mr.Rajashankar has snatched the keys of the cash box from the petitioner and since the office hours was over, he went away from the Bank and he is not in any way responsible for any misappropriation if any, of the cash in the cash box and since no case has been registered, he has filed this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint was enquired into and closed by the respondent police and he has also produced a copy of the closure report for the perusal of this Court. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
