The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records from the file of the respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.L1/10200/2013 dated 10.08.2016 and to quash the same.

2.This petition is today heard through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who was present along with her, placed her submissions before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was imposed with the punishment of removal from service. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
