2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would contend that the trial had commenced in CC.No.5452/2011 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Saidapet, Chennai and so far, seven witnesses have been examined on the side of the prosecution. He would therefore contend nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed.
