ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by HALUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner for sometime. The petition is totally misconceived, as the remedy lies elsewhere i.e., before the civil Court, if any right of the petitioner is violated, which is in the form of civil right and also she can seek for appropriate interim orders from the civil Court for protecting her right. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
