O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 6 to issue necessary instructions to respondents 7 and 9 to grant permission to inaugurate and conduct the flag hoisting ceremony and to allow the erection of a 10-feet "Veera Agamudaiyar Vettri Kazhagam" flag post at the Headquarters Office located at No.1/302, Villupuram Main Road, Manampoondi, Kandachipuram Taluk, Villupuram District 605 759, to be held on 16.04.2025, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2025.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the eight respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry into the representation made by the petitioner dated 20.03.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity of hearing.
4.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
