These original applications have been filed to grant an order of interim injunction to restrain the respondents from altering the physical features of the suit schedule mentioned property till the disposal of the suit and also to grant an order of interim injunction to restrain the respondents/plaintiff from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property till the disposal of the suit.

2. Submissions made by both side counsel makes it clear that the matter is likely to be settled, only a small issue with regard to the time within which Kitchen and Bathroom has to be shifted by the defendant. Except that there is no other issue.

3. In such view of the matter this Court is of the view that no order is required in these applications. Accordingly these applications are closed.
