(2)Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions. (3)Hence, C.M.P.Nos.9524 & 9526 of 2022 in C.R.P.Nos.2230 & 2231 of 2020 are ordered.
