O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for the peaceful enjoyment of the above said land on the basis of the complaint dated 21.03.2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent police and the same was taken as C.S.R.No.158 of 2023, but till the date no action was taken. Further, civil court decree has been passed in his favour. Therefore, he seeks police protection to the petitioner and his family members for the peaceful enjoyment of the above said land.

It is seen from the records that a decree has been passed in O.S.No.103 of 2022 in favour of the petitioner. In view of the civil court decree, the 2nd respondent police is directed to give adequate police protection in terms of the decree passed in O.S.No.103 of 2022 in respect of the usage of the well and drawing water from the well.
