CMP.Nos.10484 & 10479 of 2021 have been filed to set aside the common order of this Court dated 29.06.2021 passed in S.A.Nos.1791 & 1792 of 2001 and to restore the second appeals as against the first respondent in S.A.No.1791 of 2001 and as against the second respondent in S.A.No.1792 of 2001.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions.

3. Accordingly, these second appeals are restored to file which was dismissed for non-prosecution as against the first respondent in S.A.No.1791 of 2001 and as against the second respondent in S.A.No.1792 of 2001.

4. Registry is directed to number the applications filed by the Appellant to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent in both the second appeals, if it is otherwise in order and list the same along with the second appeals for hearing on 28.07.2021.

5. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.C.R.Prasannan along with other counsels as counsel for the Appellant. 13.07.2021 nl
