O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this transfer petition to transfer the proceedings in O.S.No.18 of 2014 pending on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of Family Court, Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. None appears for the respondent inspite of printing his name in the causelist after service.

3. The petitioner is the respondent in O.S. No.18 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Coimbatore. The petitioner, who is the resident of Vridhachalam has come up with this transfer petition with a grievance that it would not be possible for her to defend the proceedings pending before the Family Court, Coimbatore. The petitioner in her affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition indicated her difficulties to attend the Court at Coimbatore.

4. The petitioner has given sufficient materials justifying the transfer of proceedings from the file of Family Court, Coimbatore. There is nothing on record to disbelieve the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pleaded by the petitioner. I am therefore of the view that the petitioner has made out a case for transfer.

5. In the result, the proceedings in O.S.No.18 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Coimbatore and is transferred to the file of Family Court, Cuddalore for disposal on merits.

The transfer petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
